1) Download and install utorrent in your system.
if you don't have the utorrent client download it from here http://download.utorrent.com/1.8/utorrent.exe
2) Click on the torrent file for the movie/audio files from the corresponding thread.
3) Open the torrent file either by clicking on the torrent attachment in threads or by using file menu of utorrent to open an existing torrent file on your PC.
