The latest and yet to be named film of Naga Chaitanya, directed by Ajay Bhuyan and produced by D Siva Prasad Reddy on the banner of Kamakshi Enterprises, had almost completed the talkie part shooting.
As per the director, a 10-day shoot remained balance for the talkie part after which the unit will take up canning of songs. The strike in the Tollywood forced the unit to delay the shooting. It is learnt that three songs in the film were planned to be shot in Europe, while one would be choreographed in the US, while two other songs would be completed in specially erected sets in Hyderabad.
Kajal is playing the female lead in this movie. Sriram, Samyukta, Mukhesh Rushi, Kelly Dorge, Rahul Dev, Brahmanandam and others are in the cast.
Naga Chaitanya is simultaneously working for another film under the direction of Sukumar, wherein he is sharing the screen with Tamanna.

Samantha offers Guru Dakshina to her mentor Gautham Vasudeva Menon as he introduced her in ' Ye Maaya Chesave ' that catapulted her into stardom in Telugu films. She's playing a cameo appearance in his new film titled Erra Gulabilu starring Sameera Reddy in the lead role. Her role is very minuscule, yet the producer of the film Ashok Vallabhaneni is promoting the movie as it stars Sameera Reddy and Samantha in the main lead. Samantha allows this promotion as she feels she owes to Gautham.
Erra Gulabilu is slated for release on January 28.
It is well aware that after the stupendous success of ‘Robo’, Shankar is seriously working for the remake of ‘3 Idiots’, a Bollywood hit film in Tamil and Telugu languages.
In Telugu, Maheshbabu would play the role of Amir Khan, while Ileana was chosen in place of Kareena Kapoor. Madhavan opted out of the project on personal reasons. Jeeva of ‘E’-fame, who is the son of RB Choudary of Super Good Movies and Arya of ‘Varudu’-fame and Siddhartha are being considered for the other two roles.
However, the star cast is yet to be confirmed. But Shankar is gearing up for the project by rewriting the script to suit the taste of the Telugu audiences. If everything goes well, the film would be formally launched on December 6 as per the tentative schedule.
Gemini Film Circuits had come forward to produce the Telugu version and it had bought the remake rights from Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
Harris Jayaraj is scoring music for the flick and the music sittings had already begun and it is learnt that two songs were already recorded for the flick.
However, the official confirmation about all this is yet to come from the production house.

As per the sources from film nagar yesteryear’s heroine Vijayashanthi is going to play a special role in Nagarujuna’s new film titled "Rajanna". The film is said to be made in the backdrop of Telangana Razakar Movement. The film will be directed by Rajamouli father Vijayendra Prasad. The shooting of Mirapakay is currently in progress in Hyderabad. A song is being picturised on the lead pair Ravi Teja and Richa Gangopadhyay at Annapurna Studios. With this seventy per cent of the film has been shot. After this the unit will move to Dubai, Bangkok, Europe, the schedule will last till October end. A movie directed by Harish Shankar (of Shock fame) under the banner of Yellow Flowers, it is produced by Ramesh Puppala. Deeksha Seth is the other heroine. Camera is handled by RD Rajasekhar, music is scored by Thaman S, editing is done by Goutham Raju and action is by Ram-Laxman.
Comedian 'Brahmanandam' could not hide express his hidden love for heroine 'Sriya'. Sriya has created a niche for herself for her variety of roles in telugu, tamil and hindi movies.
