Veteran director Bapu will direct Balakrishna in a film titled Sri Rama Rajyam. Ilaya Raja will compose music for the movie. Nayanatara may play female lead. Yalamanchili Saibaba is the producer. Kamal Kannan, who had won national award for his special effects for Magadheera will handle visual effects. Muhurat of the movie will be held on September 30 at Rama Krishna Studios in Hyderabad.
Bapu is known for classics such as Sampoorna Ramayanam, Seetha Kalyanam, Sri Rajeswari Vilas Coffee Club, Pelli Pustakam and Mr Pellam etc.
Mullapudi Ramana will work on screen play and dialogues of the movie.
